Welcome to TrionexPro. These terms apply to your use of trionexpro.com and any order you place with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About us

TrionexPro sells and prints custom T-shirts, school uniforms, apparel, gifts, and related products. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +91 9667867933. Our address is 287, Pratap House, Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, New Delhi – 110065.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate and complete information.

3. Products and pricing

  • We try to show product colours, images, and descriptions accurately, but colours may look slightly different on different screens, and fabric and print may vary slightly between batches.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery charges (₹79 on orders below ₹1,000, free at ₹1,000 and above) and the Cash on Delivery charge (₹20) are shown at checkout.
  • We may change prices, offers, and product availability at any time without notice. The price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment you made.

4. Customised orders and minimum quantity

  • Bulk orders and customisation require a minimum of 15 pieces, unless the product page says otherwise.
  • You are responsible for the design, text, spelling, size, and colour you submit. Please review everything carefully before you confirm. We are not responsible for errors in the content you provide.
  • Final prints may differ slightly from on-screen previews because of fabric, ink, and printing methods.
  • We may ask for a higher-resolution file or reject a design that cannot be printed with good quality.
  • Customised products are made to order and are not returnable, except as stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Content you upload

By uploading a logo, photo, artwork, or text, you confirm that:

  • You own it or have the right to use and print it
  • It does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights
  • It is not unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or misleading

We may refuse or cancel any order that breaks these rules, including orders with copyrighted characters, brand logos, or offensive content, and we will refund any payment for it. You agree to compensate us for any claim, loss, or cost arising from content you submit.

6. Orders and payment

  • An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • We accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery where available.
  • We may cancel or refuse any order, for example due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an incorrect address, and will refund any amount paid.
  • Large or custom orders may need an advance payment before printing begins.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, replacements and refunds by our Return and Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The TrionexPro name, logo, website design, text, graphics and original artwork are our property and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Your own uploaded designs remain yours.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the website
  • Collect data from the site with bots or scrapers
  • Impersonate another person or give false information

10. Limitation of liability

We provide the website and products in good faith but make no guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrionexPro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Third-party services

We use third parties such as couriers and payment gateways. We are not responsible for their acts or delays beyond our reasonable control, although we will help you resolve any problem.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government orders, pandemics, power or internet failures, or courier disruption.

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted on this page. Your continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
